What counts as an "active student"?
An active student is any student with a status of "Active" or "On Trial" in your system. Archived, graduated, or inactive students do not count toward your limit.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my student limit?
We give you a 14-day grace period to either upgrade your plan or reduce your active student count. During this time, you can still access all features.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you approximately 12% compared to monthly billing. The savings are built into the annual prices shown.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! All plans come with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
